Visitors to this website can learn more about part of the subject matter that has created the need for this trust fund from the Christians Against Mental Slavery website, which contains information about electromagnetic weapon technology.  This website links to plenty of others covering the same or other aspects of a growing class of human rights-abuse problems.

Electro-Magnetic (EM) weapons are one of the newest and most serious military developments in the world today. Enormous secrecy surrounds their development ... Unless this development is stopped, we are entering an Orwellian '1984' type scenario, which could potentially permanently transfer enormous power to those in control of the technology. ... We regard the unsuccessful attempts in the 70s ... to have these weapons controlled by a UN Convention as having been a major missed opportunity, which has now led to a new arms race in this field. We have sought to renew the attempt ... to outlaw these weapons and the research that leads to them, primarily that concerning external manipulation of the human central nervous system. - Dr Caroline Lucas MEP, 2004

On 26 May 2006, Mpumi Allman, beloved wife of the trust fund’s secretary, joined the ranks of targeted individuals whose only deliverance was "promotion to glory". She was aged 55. Her funeral, "in sure and certain hope of the resurrection", was held the same day that New Scientist published a letter about Dr Lawrence Pinneo's military research into thought inference, written by her widower.
